1.INTRODUCTION

1.1 The following Terms and Conditions regulate the sale, including the registry of the UCMORE products, through the website www.ucmore-brand.com

1.3 Effective to the following Terms and Conditions

a) – “UCMORE” – Products commercialized in the website www.ucmore-brand.com;

b) – “User” – Every single person, non seller, that makes an order through the website www.ucmore-brand.com;

1.4 The use of the website www.ucmore-brand.com and the purchase of UCMORE products presupposes the knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the User.

2. WEBSITE REGISTER

  1. To complete an order, the User can previously register, fulfilling the constant fields in the form existing in the website www.ucmore-brand.com . It is also possible to complete your order without previous registering. In the meantime, registering allows your data to be stored for future actions, as well as giving you access to your user history.

After you complete your register you have access to your personal account and you can manage your settings, save your favorite products and track your orders.

2.2 From the moment it has access to its personal account, the User is submitted to the present Terms and Conditions.

3. UCMORE PRODUCTS

3.1 The website www.ucmore-brand.com is aimed at all users who wish to purchase UCMORE products, with no commercial purpose, from their home or workplace, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

3.2 Information on product characteristics can be found at www.ucmore-brand.com.

3.3 UCMORE reserves the right to modify at any time, information, the supply of products, prices, promotions and business conditions presented on the website www.ucmore-brand.com.

4. PLACE ORDERS ON THE WEBSITE

4.1 To order from www.ucmore-brand.com, the User must have an e-mail account and that their browser is configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, which will allow them to enjoy all the navigation conditions of the UCMORE online store.

4.1.1 The User may proceed with the online purchase of products, being made necessary:

a) Find the product(s) you want to purchase;

b) Add the selected product(s) to the “Shopping Cart”;

c) Register the User's personal data, which will be included in the UCMORE database under the terms provided for in the Privacy Policy, including the "Delivery Address", "Billing Address", the "Payment Method", "Telephone number" and Tax Identification Number (NIF);

d) Review your order and confirm your request

4.2 The user will receive an order confirmation email with details regarding the payment method you have selected.

In the client area you can obtain every detail about your purchase.

4.3 Your order will be delivered by the logistics company in the delivery address indicated in the buying process and with the respective detailed invoice.

4.4 While sending the order form the user accepts the Terms and Conditions of purchase described in www.ucmore-brand.com as well as the Privacy Policy.

4.5 UCMORE is in the right of not accepting and canceling orders already confirmed in the following situations:

a) The product is no longer available;

b) Payment is not complete using any of the payment options available at www.ucmore-brand.com

c) Payment is not confirmed;

d) Billing information is not correct or verifiable;

e) There is an error in the price quotation;

f) It is not possible to deliver in the address provided by the user.

5. PRICES

5.1 The prices of the products show in the website www.ucmore-brand.com include Added value (VAT). The total VAT to pay by the user will be indicated in the invoice destined to the user.

5.2 Prices are all quoted in euros (€). Note that the delivery country may have an influence on the prices due to the different transportation costs. The customs costs related to the order will always be supported by the user.

5.3 The prices of the products presented in the website are subjective to a price change. UCMORE has the right to change the prices without previous warning. The prices shown at the moment of the purchase are the prices applied to that same purchase.

5.4 If an error is verified in the prices of the selected products, UCMORE or the user, can until the moment of expedition, cancel the order.

5.5 The full price specified in checkout includes taxes from the origin country (Portugal) and shipping costs (when applied).

5.6 The user should only pay the amount specified in the order confirmation.

5.7 In case your bank account is in a different currency, the exchange rate applied for debit will be automatically determined by the Bank/Paypal and not UCMORE.

6. PAYMENT METHODS

6.1 The user may complete the payment of its order through the entity managing Paypal payments and through an ATM Reference, MBWay and credit card.

6.2 UCMORE does not accept any other payment method than those mentioned in the previous point. The User must not attempt to pay by any means other than the specified payment methods. If you do, we cannot be held liable for loss of payment or any other damages that may result.

7. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are quoted according to the destination and some characteristics of the order:

7.1 Shipments sent to Portugal and Spain are free.

7.2 To Europe (except Portugal and Spain) and the rest of the World, all orders have a shipping cost associated, which may require the payment of customs fees, according to the destination country. 

8. DELIVERY

8.1 UCMORE proceeds to the shipment of the products ordered by the user, From Monday to Friday, from 10AM to 17PM, except holidays, and in the time schedule of the logistics company, to the delivery address indicated by the User.

8.2 Our delivery service does not include an appointment option, so the delivery of the order will be made without prior contact by the carrier, and it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address.

8.3 Delivery times in Portugal vary between 2– 15 working days depending on the item ordered. UCMORE's ability to respond within these deadlines varies depending on the availability of stock, as well as on promotions, sales and the Holidays

8.4 UCMORE will inform the User of the unavailability of the ordered product(s), as well as refund the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the knowledge of the unavailability.

8.5 In the event of the carrier's unavailability to deliver the products on the date indicated, the User will be contacted in order to indicate another delivery date.

8.6 Upon delivery, the User must inspect the packaging in order to check for any damage. If the products are found to be damaged, the User must not accept delivery of the order, which will be returned. The User must report the situation, if possible documented with photographs, through the email hello@ucmore-brand.com and if they agree, UCMORE will resend the order, at no cost to the User. If the User wishes to cancel the order, the full amount paid will be refunded.

8.7 In case you don't receive your order within a maximum period of 90 (ninety) days from the date of payment of the order, please send an email to hello@ucmore-brand.com informing us of the event. After this period, UCMORE cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.

8.8 Delivery is deemed to have been made with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed upon address.

9. RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION

9.1 The User may terminate his contract within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the order, provided that:

a) The product(s) have not been used;

b) The product(s) maintain their original characteristics;

c) O(s) produto(s) se encontrem completos. Todo o material que acompanha as encomendas tem de ser devolvido.

9.2 The User may exercise his right of free termination by sending the Free Termination template or any other unequivocal declaration of termination of the contract, to the email hello@ucmore-brand.com. You can download the Free Resolution template here.

9.3 The return costs of the order are entirely supported by the client.

9.4 Once the returned product has been received, UCMORE will analyze and confirm the state of conservation of the order and, where applicable, will refund within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days the amounts paid by the User contained in the order, through the same means used for payment of the order.

9.5 If returned items show signs of use, UCMORE reserves the right to not accept the return and to refuse refunds.

9.6 The User should note that, if the return has been made for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, UCMORE will not reimburse the shipping costs. Therefore, UCMORE will not reimburse the expenses related to the postage initially borne by the customer for the respective order.

10. CANCELLING ORDERS AND RETURNS

10.1 The User may cancel his order, as long as he requests it through the email hello@ucmore-brand.com before sending it.

10.2 If the request has been received before shipment, we will refund the amounts paid by the User contained in the order, through the same means used for payment of the order, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days.

10.3 If the request has been received after sending it, the rules contained in the previous chapter, relating to the right of free withdrawal, will apply.

10.4 UCMORE does not offer direct exchanges. The User may opt for a voucher to exchange their order for another item available on the website, being responsible for all costs relating to the new shipment. Please note that orders placed with a voucher and later returned can only receive a new voucher as a refund.

10.5 In case the ordered product is found to be defective or other non-conformity, the User may choose to:

a) replace the product;

b) terminate the contract

10.6 As soon as the User finds a defect or other non-conformity of the product, he/she must notify us via the email hello@ucmore-brand.com, sending supporting photographs.

10.7 Once we receive your email, we will contact you to resolve the issue by consensus.

10.8 In any of the options exercised by the User, pursuant to 10.5, the respective costs will always be borne by UCMORE.

11. QUALITY

UCMORE does not commercialize second hand products, with defects or raw materials different from those detailed in every product.

Although UCMORE tries to be as faithful as possible when illustrating its products, the images may show variations in color and texture depending on the monitors in question. As such, we always advise you to consult the details of each product. Any extra information you may need you can contact us via email hello@ucmore-brand.com so that we can help you.

12. COMPLAINTS

UCMORE truly cares about customer feedback. As such, any complaint/suggestion for improvement/need for support that you may need please let us know via e-mail hello@ucmore-brand.com and we will try to contact you within a maximum period of 5 working days after receiving the email.

13. WARRANTY AND AFTER SALES SERVICES

UCMORE products benefit from the compliance guarantee provided for in the legislation applicable to the sale of consumer goods.

14. EXCLUSION and RESPONSIBILITY LIMITATION

UCMORE does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the website www.ucmore-brand.com, or any of its functionalities, and it may be suspended for maintenance, repair or updates.

UCMORE will likewise not assume any responsibility for any damages, arising directly or indirectly from force majeure situations that prevent UCMORE, in any way, from fulfilling its obligations, namely strikes, network failures electricity, telecommunications services or any other services, fires, floods, impossibility of obtaining products, materials or services, breakdowns, delays by suppliers or carriers and changes in legislation or administrative regulations.

UCMORE is not responsible for any misuse of the User's access data to the website by third parties, as they are personal and non-transferable.

15. MODIFICATION TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

UCMORE reserves the right to change, at any time, these Terms and Conditions, considering the changes made and users notified through the publication on the website www.ucmore-brand.com of the modified Terms and Conditions.

16. HANDLING PERSONAL DATA

We ask that you carefully read our Privacy Policy so that you can become aware of the rules and procedures adopted by UCMORE regarding the treatment of data collected when browsing the website www.ucmore-brand.com and when using the features offered by it, as well as well as the applicable security and confidentiality measures.

17. PROOF AND ARCHIVE

Computer records, kept by UCMORE under secure conditions, are considered as proof of communications, orders and payments made between UCMORE and the User.

18. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions and all emerging disputes that are related to them, including their validity, use of the website or any purchase on the same shall be governed by Portuguese law.
